Aída Herrera Peña is an interdisciplinary professional working at the intersection of design and artistic research, social and performance studies, and media production. With extensive experience in various projects within the realms of design, culture, and the arts, she cultivates collaborative and experimental approaches to both practice and knowledge. Aída's research is centered on exploring social realities as everyday life scenarios from a performative viewpoint, emphasizing bodily knowledge and experiences.
She graduated from the Faculty of Design and Arts in the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano (COL) and holds an M.Sc. in Design Research from the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences and Bauhaus Dessau Foundation in cooperation with Humboldt Universität zu Berlin (DE).
